LDD currently studies Experimental Psychology at Christ Church, Oxford.  

At high school, he partook in the UK Chemistry and Biology Olympiads, winning silver medals in both, and attended the scientific journal club. 

At university, he is a member of the Oxford Union, Oxford University Psychological Society and secretary of the Oxford Threadneedle Investment Society. 

He has experience tutoring GCSE and A-Level sciences and languages as well as advising on applications for Experimental Psychology and has been invited back to his secondary school to talk to students about applications. 

He has also worked on projects with The Student Consultancy, advising a local charity on how to expand its social enterprise, and has worked as a market analyst for an e-commerce start-up.
