We are looking for passionate leader for the role of Academic Lead for Blue Education with remote based work. In this role, you will mainly monitor our students’ whole applications process to their universities, step in when our tutors have difficulties in terms of teaching and course planning, and regular communication with student’s parents. You have overall responsibility for the academic management and quality, training, and development of the academic team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Tutor, you will be responsible for:

particular focus on Oxford and Cambridge programmes.
3. Mentoring and supporting students throughout their application journey, including

4. Leading a team of tutors, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided and
upholding our reputation for excellence.
5. Assisting in the creation and refinement of course materials and resources.
6. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure continuous improvement in our teaching
methodologies and student outcomes.
7. Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote our services and expand
our client base.
8. Conducting regular performance assessments and providing constructive feedback to
students to help them achieve their academic goals.
9. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Economics and Business education,
as well as admissions trends and requirements for top universities.
10. Building strong relationships with students, their families, and other stakeholders to
ensure a supportive and effective learning environment.
11. Contributing to the development of our company culture, fostering a collaborative and
inclusive atmosphere that promotes continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. An undergraduate degree in an economics related degree from either Oxford or
Cambridge. (advanced postgraduate degree is a plus)
2. A comprehensive understanding of the admissions process of top tier universities,
particularly for Oxford and Cambridge, with a proven track record of successfully
mentoring students through their applications.
3. Exceptional subject matter expertise in Economics and Business (knowledge A-level /
IB / AP courses would be highly beneficial)
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and
motivate students of all ages and abilities.
5. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
projects and deadlines concurrently.
6. Experience leading and managing a team of tutors or educators is preferred.
7. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical
conduct in all aspects of your work.
8. Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for teaching and learning
purposes.
