SYD studies Engineering at Robinson College, Cambridge.

She achieved all A*'s at A-level and won numerous competitions in high school, achieving gold in UKMT, silver in physics challenge, gold awards in CREST as well as becoming the finalist for international NASA space challenge. 

She has interned in Cambridge's engineering department in the Materials and Aerodynamic division. Apart from her Cambridge offer, she also got offers from Imperial, Warwick, Cardiff, and Durham for Engineering.
