He has obtained a Doctorate in Political Science and a Master's degree in Political Theory (with Distinction) from the University of Oxford. He also holds an Honors degree (Double First-Class Honors) from Pembroke College, Oxford, majoring in PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics). He was one of the top scorers in the International Baccalaureate (IB) in Hong Kong and was awarded the Rhodes Scholarship and the Guo Shi Scholar. Currently, he is teaching in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Hong Kong.
Over the past few years, he has provided guidance and coaching to numerous Oxford and Cambridge applicants, especially in interview and TSA preparation, demonstrating extensive experience. He serves as the head coach of the Oxford University Debating Team, the overall debating coach at Eton College in the UK, and the deputy coach of the Chinese National Debating Team. In addition, he has served as a board member of the Oxford Debating Union.
