Maeve

Maeve graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Physics. She maintained a first-class degree every year and won various academic scholarships (including Postmaster Scholarship, etc). She graduated from Concord College high school in The UK. During this period, she won the gold medal in both the Astronomy Olympics and the Physics Olympics and ranked among the top 15 in China. 


She is very familiar with the application process for British universities and has been invited to share her experience of the application process with students in various high schools. She scored 92 on her PAT exam, and the students she tutored all achieved scores of over 90.  She has tutored many students who have been interviewed by Oxford and Cambridge, and all of them have been successfully admitted. Besides Oxford, she also received offers from Imperial College London and the University of Tokyo in Japan.


Her research at the university focused on condensed matter physics and she has undertaken research in semiconductor physics at Brookhaven Laboratory and Peking University. Her master's thesis studies electric field control of electron spin in perovskite minerals. This research will be applied in the field of quantum computing.
